As we shared at the Annual Members Meeting in October, we’ve rolled out an exciting new platform that will streamline the Business Memberships process here in the Mass Ave district.
Not only will it simply the process of joining and paying for your membership, but this platform now powers our business directory and map on the website. It also lets you login and ensure the information we have about your business is always up-to-date!
What we need from you
No long forms to fill out, but we do need one thing:
Please update your method of payment for annual membership dues. Reminder: we accept all major credit cards plus bank account via ACH.
Going forward, we’ll use this payment method to renew your membership each year automatically and you can update it at any time.
How do I do this?
To proceed, follow these quick and easy steps:
- Visit our new Business Memberships platform payment method update page
https://businesses.massaveindy.org/update - Enter the email address associated with your business
Note: if you need to update or confirm which email address is on file, simply contact us at: contact@MassAveIndy.org - Once the system confirms the email address entered matches our business record, it will redirect you to Stripe to enter your payment method.
- Enter the info into Stripe and that’s it!
Do I owe anything today?
No. You won’t be charged today. Your membership is paid through the end of the year—and will renew on January 1, 2026. We’ll bill you then once your membership renews.
What about security?
We partner with Stripe as our payment processor, so your payment information is entered and stored securely on their servers. We never have access to the full data. If you have any concerns or questions, we’re happy to answer them.
What if I need to cancel? Does the auto-renewal mean I’m locked in long-term?
You can cancel your membership at any time and we’ll always work with you to find an equitable solution.
